I may just have found one that can do the job and is relitivley affordable, got my bid in on a canon D5 mk1 too! these babies are going to send my posts into galactic overdrive!

Down to Epping early this morning, beautiful day, not really much fungi to show for my efforts, but I wasn't looking for them to be honest. I did find this rather good exaample of decay though, seldom do we see such great examples, brown rot and white rot together in one frame.

A few snippets from the Peak District on holiday last week...

I made a trip to my beloved Whippendell woods this afternoon, to see the blebells, and ended up taking now one of my most treasured of photos. I have more to share later, but here is what is for me one of the finest captures in my world thus far.
