Garden bench ideas

So I’ve resawn a slightly curved Oak Slab that I milled with the Chilaskan about 4 years ago. It’s just under 3” thick now and about 4 meters long. It’s going to be a garden bench, maybe around a fire pit, but we’ll see.

I’m thinking that I’ll copy the design below. It’s simple, sturdy and looks good.

My question is could I use green oak for the slab legs? I’ll need 4 legs (minimum) and it seems a waste to use seasoned oak for this. I don’t want the legs to twist/warp and give me an unstable bench. But then again, it will be sitting on grass so could well absorb any warping?

Any advice is gladly welcome, as is suggestions for designs.
