Narrow leaved Ash and die back.

I have been asked to price the removal of Ash trees at various sites, including Narrow leaved Ash. ( Fraxinus angustifolia )  The Narrow leaved Ash seem to be unaffected by die back at the moment. Does anyone know, are they going to die too, or are they possibly resistant ?

I've noticed that narrow leaved seems to be resistant too. Let's keep our fingers crossed for them!

Forest Research have it as "Narrow-leaved ash (F. angustifolia), a mainland European species also widely planted in the UK, is also susceptible".

There is a Raywood I see regularly that we planted about 15 - 20 years ago, the 2nd summer we had Chalara in the common ash in our area it was definitely showing signs of it, but then it did seem to pick up really well. I went and looked at it today and it looks awful but then ash are running late this year and it might still come through.

There is a Jaspidea next to it and that looks completely b*ggered.

Both will quite probably get infected. Over here in the Netherlands ADB is really bad. Especially the young ones are badly affected, most if not all die. For the past couple of years some Ash seemed to recover, but unfortunately that was caused by ADB not coping with a couple of very dry summers, not the trees fighting it off. This year the trees just got hit even harder.
