I need to greedy board the trailer pictured for the purpose of retaining chip; simply, a) what's the best material? and b) what shape on the sides i.e. rectangle all the way to the back, triangular or other? The boards will be down when travelling empty but as light as possible would be nice for manual movement of the flippin things! Sorry for the boring topic for the Nth time.:blushing:

We bought the extension sides from the dealer, clad them with light aluminum checker plate. The tail door we take off and use as a flap across the top at the head board end when chipping and the put it back on as a tail door when transporting between sites and yard. Works perfectly
