lol!! i took my 051 & 076 on a job during xmas week, the climber i had in bought with him a new husky 395xp, laughed at the stihls!! through the biggest cuts, the 395 running a 30" bar couldnt keep up with the 76 on a 36" bar until i ran low on fuel!!! both running roughly about the same time- approx 2 hours i used over a gallon more than the husky!!! then the inevitable 'oldness' begun to show up!! i then carried on with the 051 against the husky, same bar length, inevitably the higher revving husky cut quicker but lost the sharpness of his chain quicker on the dead oak's!!! had a great day comparing old & new, i guess if your relying on your equipment to earn a living the old saw will not do, for the odd job, farmwork etc you cant beat those slow revving, torquey stihls, love em!!!!!!

ha,i like the above, my 075is only to power a mill and due to the fact it has no chainbrake. everyday saws consist of 023,029,341,039,044,064,088,200t. also run 171 danarm . must have another 10+ saws not in use.
