I'm very, very injury prone. Grew too quick in my teens and ligament strength is pants. 

I'll have a pop at getting fit for it. It's an interesting challenge that doesn't take up too much of my time.

For my whole life I've had people saying "do you play basketball?" when they ought to have been asking me if I row!! ?

I reckon I’d run 10km quicker than I could row it! That’s the great thing about sport whether you are fat, thin, short or tall there is something out there for everyone. Sounds like you are doing pretty good at it if you are that high up your age group rankings[emoji106] The good thing with sports like running, rowing and Hit classes is you get a lot of bang for your buck and workouts can be short but still deliver big benefits. I cycle a lot in the summer months but a long ride at the weekend can take up 5 - 7 hours so then the day is done where as a 20 mile run can be done in a couple of hours and deliver similar benefits in a fraction of the time
