Just looking on what a experienced lead climber in the north east of England are getting paid. 
 

Level 2 Arb 

level 3 Arb 

climbing tickets 

Rescue tickets 

rigging tickets 

Ariel cutting 

 

 

own kit + Saws PPE / PPC

PAYE or self employed freelance?

Freelance - Really depends on if your just in for the big ugly stuff or a more frequent part of the team to help when busy doing regular work as this will be lower but you won't be hunting to fill days as much
