Kawasaki tg18 hedgecutter

Hello  hopefully i can get some advise

 

Im a novice trying to repair a old tg18

 

I have rebuilt the carb

 

Cutter works but whenever i hold the cutter vertically it looses power and bogs down

 

Its fine when on bench. Idles good and good rev

 

 

Im totally lost. Thank you

Possibly cracked or broken fuel hose, incorrect orientation of fuel hoses, carb needs to be adjusted to richen the mixture.
