covid 19 risk assesments

I have been asked by one of our customers to provide a risk assessment for covid 19, does anyone I have one I could beg borrow or steal.

Items they want covered are :-

 

1.     The action employees take should they or one of their own household members has Covid-19 symptoms or are have been diagnosed with Covid19.

2.     The Social Distancing rules employees are to follow.

3.     The hygiene precautions employees are to follow.

4.     What PPE the employees are to be provided with and when they should use it.

5.     Details of the training that has been given to employees.
