Hand cutter looking for work

I've spent the last year in a mixture of hardwoods, coppicing, thinning.

I've also done some larger stuff, overstood Grand Fir plantations,

Oaks in a woodland needing to come down, storm damaged Beeches etc.

Own saws, PPE, and tickets (30,31,32 EFAW+F) and insured.

Ideally around Kent/Sussex, but happy to travel/potentially relocate if the work's there.

More than prepared to graft to earn a decent wage, currently self employed and on a piece rate felling Chestnut but open to other options.

Cheers, I sent him a message the other day and was going to try calling in the morning.

I worked with him years ago and more recently in front of his harvester. There is a good opportunity there for someone with the right work ethic.

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
