As a bad Land Rover driver I tend to find them quite often.

Try to get the ones that have not had a hard life as the smallest amount of plastic sticking out catches the bags and drives you made

I have a fuelwood tilt tip bagging tray and it works great,

i cut all the logs to 10 inchs, tray is 11 inchs wide. then use the large nets (65x85) and as long as you keep the logs level with the top of the tray and not over fill it the bags slide over a treat, no catching at all.

1 person can easily bag 40 bags a hour easily.

how many logs are in your bags mike

Average of about 12/13 per bag, by filling the tray to the same level you got the same amount of logs in each bag what ever diameter size the are:001_smile:

cool, my bags hold about 10 max, they are tiny. how much are you selling those ones for, if you dont mind me asking

To garages and shops £3.00 +VAT, £3.50 to public all hardwood. Sure if your near a busy road could get 3.50 to 400 with sign outside,:001_smile:

When we did nets we used one section of a builders rubble chute pushed right into the bottom of the net and then slid out when full. This prevented snagging and was fairly quick as it was easy to get the net on and off the chute.

I seem to remember a previous thread which had a picture of a flexible sheet of plastic which was curled up and overlapped into a cone inside the net. Looked like a cracking cheap and chearfull idea.
