Has anyone have any experience with the above mower- or one similar?

I have just tried to use one-

Is it normal for a lot of vibration on the handle bar?

do you have to fly around flat out to maintain the bar cutter speed?

And therefore bounce all over the place?

i can’t see a gear type level or setup.

 Cheers

Ive got one.
Vibrations on handlebar not normal
It’s really meant to be pulling you along on a seat which slows it down some. So walking behind is too fast. You can slow the revs down it will go slower and spin slower but that’s ok.
Lovely cut once you get them setup right

It just felt out of control fast, but i didnt want slow the revs down too much. The fronts felt like it was jumping all over the place. Will the blades cut on tickover?

i will have to look into the vibes on the hand.

Yes turn revs down. They will cut on Rickover though not well. Half revs should cut nicely as long as grass isn’t too long.
Might sound obvious but check engine is bolted down properly. Also check all bolts for tightness as they do shake themselves quite a bit if used too fast revs
