Aerial rescue, how many per climber on site?

Hello

A couple of questions have been highlighted during tonight’s work with regards to aerial rescue; how many aerial rescuers are required per climber?

At what proximity must the aerial rescuer be if the ratio is ‘not’ 1:1?

Our site tonight had 6 potential climbers, I argued for the 3 man team set up; climber, aerial rescue and ground man.

Thank you in advance for your replies.

ps the AFAG guidelines where debated with regards to a ‘minimum of 2 people should be present...’ but this did not state how many per climber
