If they are causing problems already and are so close to wires they are in the wrong place, fell them and afterwards slap the owner round the back of the head and tell them not to be so stupid in future

 

lol, did reccomend felling of the two of them as one has rendered use of the owners garage usless and cherry picker would of been suitable for easy acces to the two trees but the owner aparently doesnt get on with him, what have i let myself into.

Tbh if your removing around 6-7 feet they will be back up there next year with a vengeance!

 

I would just bung a short ladder against the stems and chop away they can only be about 2" at 16 footish, easy enough to hand hold and chuck or slash cut and arrow drop down.

Yes i did also advise customer of regrowth and what effect it would have and told her she should book me now as would have to be back next year to do the same again. Yeh defo going with ladder idea and get the silky out.
