Makita DCS 6000i

Anybody know of a dealer who has a  Makita DCS 6000i brake spring  ( brake band ) P/N  030213160   still in stock? Makita have discontinued this item which makes a very good chainsaw - albeit getting on a few years- totally obsolete.   Every other part seems to be available so I can only guess this is a part which breaks more than anything else and the old stock has been used up...

The part is specific to the DCS 6000i and DCs 6800i - the part for the 5000 series is still available but it it does not fit....

that brake band band is very hard too find , they do come up once in a blue moon  but at the moment this is going to be your best bet  

the only one I got is on a fully working saw

HI, On balance I am not going to find the part anytime soon, so I have forked out  for the part listed above on e bay.  Thanks again for suggesting this- should be up and running in no time....
