Quadchip roller issue

I have a Quadchip chipper about a year old.

A few days ago I noticed that the right feed roller started turning slowly then the left and then as the day went on both rollers started to run slower then they should.

It got to the point that when timber was put in the rollers started turning irregularly and I stopped using the machine.

Before I take it to the dealers is there any obvious things I can look at.

Thanks

Good morning, I have only just seen this post so I hope that i'm not too late ?

There are a couple of quick and easy checks that you can do..

Firstly can you check the oil level in the hydraulic tank.

Then, the hydraulic fittings need checking for tightness on top of the hydraulic tank, it could be drawing in air ?

If the above are ok then I would contact your local dealer or give us a call on : 01789 400044
