roadside sycamore value

hi all.

I recently felled about 80 tons of sycamore and have it roadside. we will be having half of it for our own firewood business but I would like to sell the other half then buy in some different hardwood to mix in.

what would you consider a fair price for 4-16 inch sycamore stacked. I don't want to rip anyone of but don't want to get my pants pulled down either.

I was thinking 40-45/ton + vat does this seem right?

thanks in advance for anyones help
