Interesting what bar can you run them on ?

Genrally 24" bars and above, never tried on anything shorter but I suspect some one here who may have tried.

Due to less cutters theres a bit less drag, so reduced load on the crank & it clears better but slightly more prone to kickback.

365 bars are 3/8th 0.058" guage & as far as I know Rob D is the only UK supplier of this chain & highly recomended too.

So might be worth considering.

The 365 xt is a D009 mount so any bar on the bigger saws will fit i use a 20 normally on my 365 (372 now) but often a 24 Oregon Powermatch 3/8 0.58 full chisel and pulls it fine , had a 28 with skip to clear the wood better and was still fine , whole afternnon dicing up a big windblown oak and never missed a beat but dont bother now as i have a 385 and 395 now :thumbup1:

Thanks for replies I m just interested in what the saw would comfortably do I ve just got a 365 xt to run along side my 357 xp which I love ,I don't really earn a living from these saws but enjoy doing a lot of fire wood and I m not interested with the saws that have a lot of electronic wizardry on so I beginning to like my 357 xp and hopefully my 365 as well

Me neither, you can't go far wrong with a 3 series Husky, I get a twitch for a 390 or a 395 every now and again as I wonder how long before they get the autotune nonsense, which of course some people love.
