I also quite enjoy brashing. Saves a lot of grief later on trying to get the harvester head onto late thicket stage spruce and permits a run up for efficient delimbing. Whether skinning them right up in the rack or pruning them in the matrix, it's worth every penny imo.

Quite agree TCD. Douglas is being high pruned, just incase it gets big enough to have any value before it blows over. Only a few more ha's to go.
