Dies completely or just bogs down?

My Echo blower was doing that so took it back to the dealer. He just put a new fuel filter on and it seem fine. Worth a try.

After struggling on with this, it finally wouldn't start at all.

Gave it to a chap who knows, and after a lot of head scratching and checking, noticed that the piston was in the wrong place when it was meant to be firing.

Turns out the crankshaft stub on the magneto side had come loose and slipped round a few degrees!

Going back to Echo to be rebuilt or replaced.
