Arb Manager Needed Hampshire up to £45K P/A

Our client specialises in commercial and domestic Grounds maintenance, Landscaping and Tree care and covers the South East of England. They are looking to recruit an experienced Arboricultural manager to be based from their Hampshire offices.

 

The role will involve controlling all aspects of the arboriculture works within the company from the initial enquiry through to invoicing. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems and procedures are in place to operate the arboriculture teams and that plant and equipment are used and managed appropriately.

 

The ability to develop, implement and manage budgets, expenditure and income for all arboriculture services as a separate P&L account will be necessary.

 

As part of the senior management team, the successful candidate will contribute to the planning and management of the wider business and ensure that the arboriculture department can support the strategic plans and growth targets for the business.

 

You should have proven experience of working within Arborculture and of managing budgets for a business unit, be an excellent communicator and have previous management /supervisory experience. In return a package up to £45k pa is offered.
