Lowering rope?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good lowering rope supplier, I'm after 16mm but want a spliced metal ring eye in the end. I've had a browse and could Purchase the rope but would have to then send off to get it spliced. Any info appreciated!

Also I found a supplier of a pull winch 3200kg rated with 16mm wire rope for 250.00 most others offer them at around 400.00. Is it wishfull thinking that this would be as good quality as the more expensive!!

bought a 5 ton tirfor copy from machine mart. winched a massive scots backward leaner near 40 degrees the other way, no probs!!! well impressed as good as my 3 ton tirfor but stronger

The copies off ebay are very good. Not quite as indestructable as Tirfors but not much less either. I've got the 1600 which is pretty good
