Weighs about 2.7t and is 9m long so needs to be towed by a heavy vehicle (went well behind my Ranger). All Hydraulic, log handling/loading together with the control Of the power head and feed. With digital read out of height and board thickness. Uniquely able to mill on a slope so no need to wedge logs to take account of taper. Lombardini engine which is very economical and was replaced entirely about 18 months ago (and has had little use since then as you can see from paint on block etc). Runs 4 inch wide bands which are miles better than the 1 1/2 inch bands that most mobile mills run because they don’t deviate along the cut. Comes with about 10 bands some of which are sharp and some aren’t. 1m wide cut and will take logs at 1.2m wide and 7m long. Viewing/collection from GL19 delivery can be arranged at cost.
