Large trees near house

Hi, I'm considering buying a house that has several large mature trees in the garden.  I'm no expert but I think the three in the front are a chestnut, a holm oak and a copper beech - the latter 2 are within 5m of the property.  At the end of the back garden there's what looks like a multi stemmed scots pine. Could anyone give me some advice? -  My concerns are whether they are likely to cause damage to the property ( I know insurance may be more) and how much and how frequent maintenance w
