looking in to these and was wondering if anyone has one or uses one a small 300kg a machine is what im looking at

What would you like to know other than moisture content needs to be below 12% and you will probably need a hammer mill as well. Mine has a built in reducer but it makes it a very sloooow operation so to speed things up I also put in a hammer mill. Would compare the process to bread making. Given the same ingredients the output can be unpredictable and certainly is not press a button and fill a bag in my experience.
