stump lifting

hi fella's oh and ladies does anyone have any suggestions for lifting a stump, the tree was growing at the base of a cornish hedge and in the high winds was blown over, the tree has been cleared but im left with a root plate with attached soil and stone, it has to be lifted onto truck and disposed off does anyone have any suggestions the job is in redruth cornwall...............

use digger to lift on depending on size this one was 4 Half foot round 4 foot deep and loads of soil lift easy first pulled out with chain to finish off and lift up I stated grinding is as it was on its side was a pain cutting from top down instead norm grinding from the side tool hour have up on only tool 25 min to lift out
