Climber required - An experienced climber, you must have excellent organisational and people skills. Must have CS30,31,38 & 39. CS40 & 41 preferable. Must have at least 2 years experience in commercial arboriculture. Driver licence would be preferable. We have a passion for tree work and nature. Have a look at our website to understand a bit more about us. Cut Above Tree Management We carry out specailised tree work in The Dulwich Estate, from reductions to very large dismantles. Initially, the role will be to work along side me and share the climbing, with a view to taking greater control over the climbing in the future. We are a small company with a big reputation and need to have an experienced climber to help us move forward. Two Experienced Climber / Team Leaders - strong communication skills, the ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team essential. We are a successful business and have been operating in Sydney for 10 years. We operate on a firm but fair basis, offering good rates of pay for the right applicant, depending on ability / experience. The position is full time, permanent (following probationary period), offered for immediate start and will be subject to an assessment in Dorking, Surrey. Salary $A60k+. Potential applicants must hold the following:- Driving Licence CS30 – Maintain The Chainsaw CS31 - Fell Small Trees CS36 - Cross – cut & Stack procedure CS38 – Climb Trees & perform Aerial rescue CS39 – Operate the chainsaw from a rope & harness CS40 – Pruning operations (beneficial) CS41 – Dismantling of large trees (beneficial) Brushwood Chipper operations (NPTC) First Aid awareness/certification (beneficial) NEXT ASSESSMENT DATES: Saturday 23 and 30 August 2014 in Dorking, Surrey Other information: 1. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship may also be available for successful applicants. We are looking to recruit an experienced Climber who is passionate, enthusiastic and with the ability to be highly self-motivated and productive in providing a high quality service to our customers. Applicants must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ climbing experience with the minimum NPTC qualifications: CS30, 31, 38, 39, and Brushwood Chipper. First Aid and a clean driving licence with ability to tow according to current DVLA towing regulations is a must, (LGV licence beneficial). Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) desirable.
