Delivery must be onto the driveway not outside the gate. Private residence, please call ahead so the car can be moved. Address not suitable for delivery by large lorry. Transit van/small tip bed trucks are fine. Large logs are okay so long as they can be lifted by hand between 2 people - home owner is a retired tree surgeon.
