We are writing to inquire if any local tree surgeons would be interested in contributing to our community allotments by providing free wood chippings. These chippings would be of great value to our gardening endeavors and would be utilized for various beneficial purposes.

If your company generates surplus wood chippings as a result of tree maintenance or related activities, we kindly request that you consider tipping them at our allotments.

These wood chippings can be utilized for mulching pathways, creating natural borders, enhancing soil moisture retention, and suppressing weed growth, all of which greatly support sustainable gardening practices within our community.
