MEC Recycling
MEC Recycling is a family run business, which has been established over 50 years. Originally farmers, in 2002 we diversified into waste management and started out by processing just a few hundred tonnes of green waste for use on our farm. Over the next two years we quickly progressed and by the end of 2004 were processing 14,000 tonnes per year, taking all the green kerbside collections and civic amenity site green waste from Lincoln City Council. In May 2005 we were successfully accredited to the PAS100 compost assurance scheme for compost production.
