  1. Sompting Community Farm

    We have 2 community growing sites both in close proximity to each other in Sompting, accepting by appointment, disease free logs/cordwood for mushroom inoculation and firewood and mainly hardwood chips but occasionally softwood chips for mulching.  We also have occasional use of clean wood shavings and sawdust please, also for mushroom production.
     
    We are happy to give you a tour of our sites and plans and offer some produce if we have some spare (eggs, veggies etc.)

    We accept clean woodchips, stumps with roots and logs - from any tree from a non-polluted site. Our driveway is gravelled and can handle a big truck.

    Large front garden (80+sqm up to 300mm depth) able to accept tipping straight off the drive. This will also be used to spread extensively around other areas of the garden, so I expect to be able to accept many loads over a period of time.
