R&D's Place

Hi, we are happy to take softwood and hardwood logs or trunks which will be cut and seasoned to heat our house and hot water... the joys of being off the gas grid!
We will also take chipped Arb material as this can be used around willow trees that we are growing to coppice.
We are not a tip site for commercial gain or jumping on the bandwagon, wood fuel is an essential way for us to heat our home.

Devina's allotment
By devina
Nice and easy drop off site on Townsend lane, Kingsbury. Plenty of space to park large vehicles and drop off large quantities of clean woodchips. Please give me a call to unlock the gate when dropping woodchips as it is a gated allotment site.

I am looking for woodchips to cover the floor of a forest type area in my garden. Also have a fire pit and log burner so any hardwood for those is always good. I have a de en size drive area to tip onto. I am told I need about 20 tonnes to fill it to a nice level but have no idea if that's right or not. I have 3 dogs so nothing that might harm them of course.
