    I need help with this flowering plum tree please. Last year it grow new shoots from below ground. I got mixed advice on how to prune it safely and correctly. This Spring it is already sending new shoots up again. Please tell me how to prune these. Also, can I cut these and propagate a new tree from the cuttings? Thank you all for any help. Rich
