  2. Ok that’s great thank you. Never used a pre 2000 saw 👌
  3. Just picked up this saw for £60 and it runs good but needs a good clean. I’ve heard it’s hard to get parts for it due to its age. Any idea how old it is? Cheers, James.
  4. Ok yes that’s understandable, I bought it cheap and thought I’d have a fun project to do, wasnt aware it would be pointless lol. so it’s running at the correct speed?
  5. Ok thanks, was just concerned I could damage the saw running the rpm too high?
  6. Hi all just asking for a bit of advice. 4ee6c93f-252e-4431-b88f-8b7cb0ab4a11.mov I’ve got a husqvarna 120 mark II, I know it’s only a small saw but what is the max rpm my chainsaw should be running at? In the manual it says 9000 but after using a tach it was between 12-13k. I haven’t touched the carb, after having just modded the muffler i believed I would have to richen the High jet but now I’m unsure what to do. Is the saw running at a safe WOT rpm? im fairly new to chainsaws so sorry if this is an easy question. cheers 👍
