  1. Clutch drum has probably jumped it's locating lugs that normally sit within the plastic oil pump drive worm..
  2. Well, I have done this many times and not had any issues, (only just recently on a customers mk2 550) but you are right, if you don't get it right it can be problematic
  3. Mix is ok, saw is running rich due to a tailing off of compression due to the piston rings being worn (indicated by the carbon issue on the piston skirt!)
  4. Why??? The key is only used for alignment it's the taper that holds the flywheel in place
  5. Chain has probably too many drive links, I would imagine it's probably a Husqvarna size which is has one link extra over the Stihl length! (not to mention different drive link thickness)
  6. Losing the key is not the end of the flywheel, as long as it is perfectly lined up on the crank and torqued to the recommended tightness you are good to go 👍
