I use 2 main ropes each generally on 2 separate anchor points The rope goes around the union and back to my harness. I use this on both ropes. Am i right in saying that it is a MRS? Whatever this system is called am i able to use an ascending device on this particular climbing style. This was also the way i learnt on my courses . Many thanks Aaron

  18. Hi all , ihave been looking at a 2017 Nissan cabstar 3.0 nt400 with around 85000 miles . it has had a new arb back installed . my question was to anyone who has experience in prices for trade vans. The place that is selling it has it up for 25,000 + vat (30,000) which seems to me alot of money for the age ect I havnt been to see the van yet as is 3 hours away so no idea on engine quality Is this expensive for what it is and what would you think a good price is ? Any thoughts on this would be a great help. Thankyou Aaron
