I think its the fact that there are more risks of storms than before, height of them and branches actually coming over to my house - I will try and get some pics up for you to get clearer picture of them.

I have been in touch with Land registry - who have informed me according to their data no-one owns it and is unregistered. However a neighbor is claiming part of it - unfortunately just not these trees at the front of my house (convenient for them) I am literally going around in circles with this one

I am hoping that someone is able to advice please. We have some trees overhanging and are dangerous should they fall. They are situated opposite my house in a conservation area, but are on unregistered land, and the council will not touch it as they say its on private land. They do not have TPO. Where can I get help to get these trees cut back so they don't fall on my house!!! VID-20230920-WA0000.mp4
