  1. Can anybody recommend courses for the above? Online or classrooms for 8 people.
  2. Hello all! I am new here so please accept my apologies if my post is in the wrong thread - there were so many topics to choose from. I work in HR and the office manager at a tree surgery business. The owners have decided to go for arb accreditation. We have completed a 'desktop audit' and now awaiting an 'onsite assessment'. I was wondering if anyone on here has become accredited and can explain what the assessor on the day will want to see, in terms of the office part of the assessment. Will it be just the set up and security of this or do they want to see further paperwork? I only ask, as the desktop audit was where we provided all the paperwork, policies etc. I would like to be as prepared as possible for the inspector so it would be great if anybody could elaborate? Thank you to all in advance.
