Just got a new DMM Revoler Rig and the pully wheel doesn't rotate smooth. Feels like bearings are not seated right. As it turns the wheel will stop every 10mm as if it's ratcheting. As its a new toy for my I feel it's faulty, or is this normal? I expect it the rotate like a pinto wheel would. Any thoughts

I'm selling my small MS 201TC with 12" bar, I'm up grading my equipment with a direction change in my business. Have had it about a just over a year but has only done no more than 80 hrs work.
