    Hi everyone Jon from DMM here. Please stop using all recall DMM Swivel Products and register your products for a replacement here: https://resources.dmmwales.com/Recall-Information/Important-Safety-Notice-Product-Recall We are now processing returned swivel units here in Wales. And we aim to start posting back replacement swivels from February on a first in-first out basis. @MattyF – I think I have found your recall submission. We are working with UPS in the UK to collect your swivels. It is possible that the UPS email landed in your junk folder and is now expired. Please email [email protected] with your details and we will raise another UPS package slip and notify you when it has been sent. @gand – Please email [email protected] and we will send you our returns procedure for retailers.
