  1. Hi. just wondered what the etiquette is for taking storm damage timber from my local park? The recent storm and high winds has meant there are trees which have fallen down and I wondered if I had to get permission from the council before I use a bow saw on it for my foraging log pile? Thanks in advance. Gary.
