Hello, I'm in the process of installing an old Morsø stove into my living room. The stove pipe should be 140mm in diameter, leading in to an adapter that increases to a 150mm twin walled 904 flexipipe. Problem is, I can't for the life of me find an adapter on line that goes from 140mm to 150mm. I do however have a 150mm adapter and a piece of 150mm pipe. Would I be able to insert the vitreous pipe over the collar, instead of into the collar, then just fire cement around the inside and outside, or would I be just asking for corrosion issues?
