  1. Right? Most of our scots around here have cones like the one you posted.
  2. So, we have this new tree planted in a park nearby.. and I originally assumed it was a scots pine, but wow. The cones are very spiky near the bottom behind the stalk. I haven't seen that before. Zone: 4b Needles: fascicles of 2, little over 2" Cones:have a short stalk Any ideas would be great
