  1. ….. if not check. air filter clean. spark plug - just replace. check the mix on the fuel is bang on. the norm is think air, spark and fuel
  2. The chainsaw should start from cold: choke - 2 or 3 pulls until you hear it try to go (this can be faint). choke off. button to start or normal if new saw. One or two pulls and should start.
  3. …..and had the same problem when it’s been hammering it down. Water gets in the fuel - enough to make it run in and out.
  4. Change spark plug, clean air filter, change fuel filter. If it’s an old chainsaw I would change the fuel lines as could be hair line crack sucking air in. After all that you should be good to then tune it with trust that your not being misled be a problem in the tuning.
  5. I was going to just divide my turnover into weeks and then just give them that. Because there is so many ins and outs to workout. I do think the truck will be written off due to cost - especially with the tool section damaged. It’s bespoke so no one will touch it, it seems. It’s more about them not sorting it fast enough as I would rather work than claim losses.
  6. Has anyone had there arb truck damaged by another vehicle while parked? Or damage in general by another? My truck was parked up and a lorry hit the side of the truck making the truck unroadworthy. It’s been 3 weeks now and no repair garage found and no replacement hire truck given as nothing suitable. A well known garage would not repair it as bespoke truck and others can’t due to it being class 7. It’s causing problems not working and time for repair is unknown. Everyone had the a similar experience or able to give advice?
