  1. Because I am new to this site, don't know how to use it properly and was told everyone was helpful and welcoming
  2. Hi all. I am looking for the best compliant solution for this wood dust please? It's finer dust from scrap wood (pallets, doors etc) around 5-10 tonne/week bagged in static free bagging. x Cannot be used with compost as it contains some MDF x Cannot be used in bio mass (as it is) due to the dust causing dust explosions x Cannot be used for pellets/briquettes as it's not compacting and staying solid Any help is much appreciated.
  3. It's clean dust as in only wood, it comes from scrap wood such as pallets, doors, door frames etc
  4. It needs to be a fully compliant solution with all necessary paperwork
  5. Unfortunately it cannot be incinerated due to being fine dust (potentially causing dust explosions). We are exploring the option of briquettes? But will continue to speak to people in this industry in the hope someone has experienced this before. Thank you
  6. It's classed as non hazardous. It's a mixture of pure and man made wood. What contaminants would you class as not clean and i can check if there's any of that in there? The dust derives from rip outs (doors cabinets etc).
  7. Yes a compliant solution for disposal. It's a mixture of both pure and man made, it originates from scrap wood from houses.
  8. It will be a combination of pure wood and man-made wood such as mdf and ply board. It is extracted mechanically via a Nederman dust extraction system from the wood fuel prior to being dispensed into the boiler for burning. The wood is Grade C non-hazardous could be suitable for briquettes? But may not be suitable for animal bedding, although I’m not experienced in how animal bedding is derived from wood dust so couldn’t be sure of restrictions in that sense.

  10. Hi all. I am looking at a compliant solution for fine sawdust (5-10 tonnes/week, bagged in static free bagging). It cannot be used for biomass as it can cause dust explosions. We are needing a licensed carrier and end destination. We are based in Essex area. Thanks in advance.
