Afternoon all. I am looking to undertake a course\s to become a competent person in LOLER inspections. Please can anyone share any good providers?

Hi all. We have started to work with more and more schools and some ask for DBS checks, usually we endeavour to work in half terms etc for schools however quotes and reports tend to be in school times. We have 10+ employees, so wondering if a basic DBS check would suit?

Morning to you all. We are a company based in Staffordshire and wanting some advise regarding what waste licences and possible exemptions we need? We work for Staffordshire Council who are happy for chippings to be taken. In this instance and similar instances what do we as a company need to do legally? We also work with a biomass company who wants our logs for their biomass boilers, again what do we need to do here to comply with law?
