  1. thanks for your sensible advice, I wish I had noticed this house for sale earlier
  2. I am looking to purchase a property that has a TPO in the grounds. I am told many enquiries have fallen flat due the TPO which relates to a huge Beech which appear to be less than 3ft from a wall with roots protruding beneath the proeprty. What is the procedure for having the TPO removed and if approved whom would be responsible for removing the tree? image-24-x380.webp
