Our supply of sustainably sourced firewood is collected from the London area and surrounding counties. The vast majority of timber comes from local authority trees that have become dangerous, are at the end of their lives and so have to be removed for health and safety reasons. The trees removed are all replaced like for like, in the same place where possible or in more suitable situations when the old site isn’t viable anymore. Our eco logs are Woodsure accredited, being kiln dried to between 10-15% moisture content. This level ensures the best quality, great combustibility and the least amount of particulates released into the atmosphere.
