My sense of humour comes from working with all men since I was 16 ???I am not butch, I take good care of myself and even wear make up !!! trust me I’m ALL woman ? And I can prove it ? I have just been ruined by men ?

Wow your working I Norway ? how lucky are you !! When I left school I was not allowed to join the regular Army until I came of age so I trained to be a mechanic for Two years and I loved it. You never knew what you were going to be doing each day and we were always allowed to have the radio on too ? The banter was uplifting and I learned so so much ?? There was no sexism at all and my boss bought me the most beautiful gold necklace as a leaving present which I still have. My only complaint was I made gallons of tea but I had the last laugh because I always got the cream at the top of the milk ?????

Awww that’s a really kind you took the time to write this post and on behalf of women in Arb Thankyou ?? I hope that Joanne sees this at some point because as women we are so used to feeling like the underdog and feeling that we are not good enough. I have found that there are good hard working men and also lazy selfish men working in the industry. I have a few friends in the industry and they chat about the job so I listen because I’m eager to learn from them. I just want to have a job outdoors that involves lots of exercise and a sense of achievement. I am NOT an indoor girl and I have worked outdoors since I left school. I know I am not as strong as a man but I can make up for that in other ways. Give us girls a chance please ? the same chance you would give a new male tree surgeon.
