  1. Cheers for the reply I thought as much Piling was an option but a costly one [emoji51] Tree house might be the option [emoji38]
  2. Hi I wonder if anyone can help me, I have a building plot which has 9 oak trees covered by TPO’s. The trees are 1m wide and fully flourished approx just over 20m high, the canopy is approx 6m out. Any ideas how close to the tree I will be able to build a bungalow?? Strip foundations or raft Many thanks
